Hybrid vehicles combine a conventional combustion engine with an electric motor and a high-voltage battery system which means they need a garage that understands both sides of that combination.
At CCM, we service and repair hybrid vehicles across a wide range of makes and models, with the diagnostic capability and technical knowledge to work on both the conventional mechanical systems and the hybrid-specific components.
Hybrid servicing follows the manufacturer’s recommended schedule, adapted to the specific requirements of the hybrid system. In addition to the conventional service items – oil, filters, coolant, brakes, and tyres – hybrid servicing includes checks of the high-voltage battery cooling system, hybrid system warning lights, and the condition and operation of the hybrid drive components. Every service at CCM is tailored to the individual vehicle.
As with EVs, work on high-voltage hybrid battery packs requires specialist training and equipment. We’ll always be clear about what we can carry out in-house and will advise honestly where specialist referral is the appropriate course of action.
CCM has been trusted by customers across Surrey and Sussex for over 30 years, and recognised by the industry to match, with awards including back-to-back Automechanika Best Multi-Site Garage wins, consecutive IGA Best Independent Garage titles, and the Top Garage Award 2025.
