Enterprise Fleets - Ewhurst, Gatwick & Cranleigh

Running large fleets is a different kind of operational challenge. Vehicles need to be managed, scheduled, and maintained across multiple drivers, multiple use cases, and multiple compliance requirements, and the garage you work with needs to understand all of that. CCM has the capacity, the systems, and the experience to support large fleet operators properly.

Our contract with National Rail, covering a fleet of 84 vehicles across multiple vehicle types, is a good illustration of the scale we’re comfortable working at. It requires forward planning, clear documentation, proactive communication, and the ability to turn vehicles around quickly without disrupting operations. Every large fleet customer gets the same.

What enterprise fleet maintenance with CCM includes

  • Scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer recommendations for every vehicle type in your fleet
  • MOTs across Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles, coordinated across your fleet calendar

Enterprise fleet maintenance in practice

Large fleet operators need a garage that functions as a genuine operational partner. The difference is proactive communication: knowing what is coming up across your fleet before it becomes a problem, and the administrative discipline to keep documentation, records, and schedules properly maintained.

We plan maintenance schedules in advance, retain records on your behalf, coordinate MOT and service dates to reduce vehicle downtime, and flag emerging issues before they become unplanned repairs. Urgent repairs are dealt with quickly within agreed auto-authority budgets, without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Our three sites across Cranleigh, Gatwick, and Ewhurst give us the geographic coverage to support fleets operating across Surrey and Sussex, with Class 7 MOT capability at Cranleigh and Gatwick and full diagnostic capability at Ewhurst and Gatwick.

Compliance and documentation

For large fleet operators, documentation is a legal requirement. Every service, safety check, and repair carried out by CCM generates a full written record. We retain minibus and commercial vehicle safety check records on your behalf, available on request, and we provide formal written contracts reviewed annually to ensure they continue to meet your needs.

For operators holding or applying for an operator’s licence, our documented maintenance system provides the evidence a DVSA compliance audit requires: forward-planned schedules, qualified inspectors, appropriate equipment, and a complete maintenance history for every vehicle in your fleet.

The vehicle types and brands we cover

We work across cars, vans, LCVs, and minibuses, with MOT capability across Class 4, Class 5, and Class 7 vehicles. Our commercial vehicle expertise covers the key fleet brands: Stellantis vehicles including Peugeot, Citroën, Vauxhall, and Fiat, alongside Ford, Nissan, Renault, and Mercedes-Benz. We also work on a wide range of other makes and models.

Class 4 and Class 7 MOTs are available at Cranleigh and Gatwick. Minibus MOTs and safety checks are available at Cranleigh and Gatwick. Class 4 testing is also available at Ewhurst.

Getting started

Large fleet contracts are set up through a straightforward conversation. We’ll discuss your fleet, your operational requirements, your compliance obligations, and your current maintenance arrangements, then put together a structured proposal with clear pricing before anything is agreed.
