Every service, safety check, and repair generates a full written record. We retain safety check records on your behalf, available on request, and we provide formal written maintenance contracts reviewed annually. For operators with compliance obligations, including those holding or applying for an operator’s licence, our documented maintenance system provides the evidence a DVSA audit requires.
Predictable costs
All routine and scheduled work is priced on a fixed basis, agreed in advance. For unforeseen repairs, we agree an auto-authority budget that allows us to act quickly without requiring individual sign-off on every job, while keeping costs within limits you’ve approved. Account facilities are available for businesses, schools, charities, and organisations.
Fast turnaround and minimal downtime
Courtesy vans are available across our sites to keep your operation moving while a vehicle is with us. Routine services and safety checks are scheduled to have vehicles back in service the same day wherever possible, and for more involved repairs we’ll give you a realistic timescale upfront rather than a vague estimate.
Capability across all your vehicle types
We carry out Class 4 and Class 7 MOTs, 6 and 10 weekly minibus safety checks, first use inspections, seasonal readiness checks, diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and accident and incident repairs across a wide range of makes and models.
